Position : Customer Service Technical  Advisor  / Digital Marketing – Entry level

About the role

As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. You’ll need to be able to work flexibly and take every opportunity to “wow” our customers, by meeting – if not exceeding – service standards. Making sure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you’ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards.

Assist Customers in filling up an IT service request form.

Advise customers on repairs.

Scheduling customer appointments and vendor and client meetings

Track Service requests from start to completion

Liaise with vendors for part procurement and delivery.

Use and update ITIL tools to manage requests.

Prepare invoices for clientele.

Social Media Management across companies Business pages.

Content writing for website and social media posts.

Updating of company website

Perform minor repairs to devices.

 

About You

To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll need to be a great team player. You must be passionate about developing yourself and be committed to working to the highest standards. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fully familiar with using technology in a customer service environment.

Customer service, sales skills are a plus: You must have the proven ability to deliver great customer service, both over the telephone and via email, and you’ll need a really high level of attention to detail. Individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be well versed in English (Spoken and written)

Outstanding problem-solving skills and aptitude to handle difficult situations.

ITIL, Microsoft Certifications would be beneficiary.

 

Responsibilities

This position reports to Center Manager

Working hours would be from 9:30 am to 8:30. In case of extra load of work, however you may need to adjust according to business needs and requirements.

 

Job Seniority  level:

Entry Level: 1-3 years, Interns are welcome to apply as well.

Salary will be based upon experience level.
