Position : Laptop Repair Technican / Mobile Repair Technican – Experience required

About the role

As a Laptop/ mobile repair technician you’ll work closely with colleagues in your team, and will be passionate and committed to delivering an excellent customer experience with each and every interaction. You’ll need to be able to work flexibly and take every opportunity to “wow” our customers, by meeting – if not exceeding – service standards. Making sure that you maintain the high standards that drive our brand, you’ll share your knowledge and understanding, and manage yourself against agreed service standards.


Perform Chip level repairs to device.

Replace screens, batteries, keyboards

Graphics adapter reballing

BGa reprogramming

Perform Bios upgrades

Install and update firmware.

Repair Chargers

Perform Hinge fabrication

Perform repair on dead motherboards  dealing with shorting, surge and liquid damage



Repair , replace screens, batteries,

Perform motherboard repairs

Repair, replace camera, wifi, battery related issues, charging socket and strips, microphone, speakers, ringer.

Perform Screen splitter separation to separate screen and touch.

Repair liquid damage


About You

To succeed as a Mobile Laptop repair Technican, you’ll need to be a great team player. You must be passionate about developing yourself and be committed to working to the highest standards. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be fully familiar with using technology in a customer service environment.

Customer service, skills are a plus: You must have the proven ability to deliver great customer service, both over the telephone and via email, and you’ll need a really high level of attention to detail. Individual should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be well versed in English (Spoken and written)

Outstanding problem-solving skills and aptitude to handle difficult situations.

ITIL, Certifications would be beneficiary.

ITI certification will be a plus



This position reports to Center Manager

Working hours would be from 9:30 am to 8:30. In case of extra load of work, however you may need to adjust according to business needs and requirements.


Job Seniority  level:

Entry Level: 1-3 years, Interns are welcome to apply as well.

Salary will be based upon experience level.
